Printed Circuit Boards & FR4

We maintain a stock of high performance Insulated Metal Substrate (IMS) formerly known as T-Clad. This is an Aluminium based metal, coated with a very thin but very thermally conductive dielectric and finished with a 2oz copper. Circuits manufactured from this material can operate with a dielectric breakdown of 5kV and thermal conductivity 7.5W/mK

We also hold various grades of unclad FR4 which can be routed to form robust electrical insulation.
